There is no support desk here — for vehicle faults, warranty, recalls and service you need Tesla or your service provider.

- Corrections and factual errors — email with the subject “Correction”. These are read first and acted on before anything else.
- General questions and suggestions — email with the subject “Hello”.
- Privacy requests (access, deletion) — email with the subject “Privacy request”.
We cannot help with vehicle faults or emergencies. If anyone is in danger, call your local emergency number. For a fault, a warranty question, roadside help or an account problem, contact Tesla Support directly. We are an independent publication with no access to Tesla accounts, vehicles or systems.
