- Corrections and factual errors — email with the subject “Correction”. These are read first and acted on before anything else.
- General questions and suggestions — email with the subject “Hello”.
- Privacy requests (access, deletion) — email with the subject “Privacy request”.
We cannot help with an active incident. If you think you are under attack now, call your IT provider and your cyber insurer’s hotline, and report to the FBI IC3 (United States) or the Canadian Centre for Cyber Security (Canada). We are an independent publication with no access to your systems or accounts.
