Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Seller Signal collects and how it is used. As shipped, the honest summary is: almost nothing. The site has no backend, forms open your own email client instead of storing anything, and no analytics or advertising service is active. A cookie dialog asks for your choice; Accept required gives you the full site.

What data does Seller Signal collect?

Does Seller Signal use analytics or advertising?

No. Today the site loads no analytics, advertising or other third-party scripts, and sets no cookies. If an optional service is ever added, it will load only after you choose “Accept all” in the cookie dialog, and this policy will be updated to name the provider and what it collects before that happens.

What are your rights under the GDPR and the CCPA?

Under the GDPR, the CCPA, and similar laws you have rights of access, correction, deletion, and objection over personal data. Because this site stores no personal data server-side, most requests reduce to two self-service actions: change your cookie choice with the Cookie choices link in the footer, and manage any emails you sent us by writing to desk@sellersignal.example (placeholder address; replace at launch) to have correspondence deleted.

What happens to your newsletter email address?

Subscription requests arrive by email. The address you send from is used only to deliver the briefing and process unsubscribes; it is not sold, shared, or enriched. Every edition includes an unsubscribe path, and unsubscribe requests are honored within 72 hours.

Is this site directed at children?

This site is a business publication for professional sellers and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

How are changes to this policy announced?

Material changes are announced in the daily briefing and dated here. The "Last reviewed" date above always reflects the current text.
