The Women’s Strength Intelligence Briefing Blog
Blog updated .
Longer pieces on training well and staying healthy, as opposed to the task-shaped guides elsewhere on the site. They cover recurring questions that do not have a single answer — how to use RPE without an app, what a warm-up before heavy sets should contain, and how to keep a simple training log.

How is the blog different from the guides?
The guides are task-shaped: one problem, the steps to fix it, and a way to verify. Blog posts are longer pieces about how effort, load and preparation fit together over a week or a season.
Are the posts medical or coaching advice?
No. They are general guidance. Adjust everything to your health status, your equipment and your training environment, and see a qualified clinician for persistent or severe symptoms.
How often are new posts published?
Less often than the daily briefing, and only when there is something worth a longer piece. Existing posts are reviewed and updated rather than left to go stale.
Do blog posts contain affiliate links or ads?
No. This site is independent of ACSM, NSCA, the IOC and of any gym or manufacturer, carries no advertising and does not use affiliate links in its posts.
